Don’t Worry – Be Happy

How much of your day is spent worrying about something, whether it be the future, the past, your family, your situation in life or whatever.  When I find my thoughts wandering to things that worry me, things  I cannot change at the moment I redirect my thoughts to what I am grateful for, call someone I care about,  read  a book, watch a funny movie or TV show, take a walk, listen to music or just pet my dog.  When I can change the negative thoughts to positive ones I find my attitude changes along with my thoughts and life becomes better.
